Delete data with a clear path.
Merchants and customers can remove review and account-linked data from Emberex Review Carousel through app controls, Shopify privacy requests and the documented uninstall lifecycle.
Merchant controls
Merchants can delete individual native reviews from the review library. Uninstalling Emberex immediately revokes sessions, stops background work and starts deletion of the shop's app data. Shopify's later shop-redaction webhook removes the final lifecycle record.
Customer requests
Customers should contact the Shopify merchant that controls the store. When Shopify sends a customer-redaction webhook, Emberex deletes matching native reviews using the customer identifier, legacy email or keyed pseudonymous redaction reference.
Automatic minimisation
Verified order identifiers are removed automatically after 90 days, submission rate-limit records within 48 hours, and pseudonymous administrator access records after 365 days. The customer redaction key remains only while its review exists.

A merchant who needs assistance can use the privacy contact form. Include the myshopify.com domain and request type, but do not send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary customer data.
